Bulletstorm remaster confirmed

Rumours of a remastered release of 2011 shooter Bulletstorm have been proven correct.

The game, which will be called Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition, was revealed at last night’s The Game Awards. The announcement was made by Gearbox boss Randy Pitchford, who at the same time unveiled a new initiative for the studio – Gearbox Publishing. It’s under that label that Bulletstorm will be released.

The game is being developed by People Can Fly, which separated from its former parent Epic Games last year.

Pre-orders for the new release will be rewarded with an additional version of the game featuring Duke Nukem, who will be voiced by original voice actor Jon St John.

The game will be released on PS4, Xbox One and PC next April.
