CASUAL CONNECT: India gets first casual gaming portal

Indian developer ChaYoWo Games is to launch its own casual gaming portal, gameZindia.com.

The site, which is India’s first gaming portal with in-built community facilities, will feature continuous prize tournaments and will let players host their own competitions with their peers.

said “GameZIndia will also provide game developers and publishers around the globe the opportunity to enter the rapidly growing gaming segment in India. We are in talks with several overseas gaming portals to share and enhance the gaming experience for all of our users,” said Gaurav Mirchandani, co-founder and managing director of US and European operations at ChaYoWo Games.
