More than five million iOS and Android games featuring the OpenFeint platform were downloaded over the four-day Christmas holiday, the company hs announced.
It added 450,000 new users on Christmas Day alone – the largest day in its history, and up 184% on its daily average. Over the four days, OpenFeint signed up 1.4 million new users.
"We always expect a spike in downloads over the holidays as more people put games on new mobile devices,” says CEO Jason Citron.
