Alien: Isolation and Total War developer takes home the trophy after closely fought tie-break

Creative Assembly crowned winners at Develop Quiz

Creative Assembly emerged victorious at last night’s Develop Quiz after a closely fought battle of minds.

The popular event welcomed a host of development teams to show off their smarts on both gaming-related and general knowledge questions. Rounds included TV show floorplans, catchphrases, entertainment deaths and snow levels in games.

Total War and Alien: Isolation developer Creative Assembly finished joint first on 73 points with creative services provider Side, but came out on top after naming more games beginning with C in 20 seconds than Side could muster starting with S.

The Indie All-Stars team 1 finished just one point off the top two in third, while defending champions Dead Good Media ended the night in joint 8th place.

Thanks to all the teams that took part and Develop Quiz sponsor Improbable for making the night yet another huge success.

The next Develop Quiz will take place in Leamington Spa for the first time on February 26th. If you want to join in on the fun, book now and contact Kathryn.Humphrey@intentmedia.co.uk to avoid disappointment.
