Criterion founders form new indie studio Three Fields

Former Criterion creative director Alex Ward and studio director Fiona Sperry have announced the formation of their new UK-based indie studio, Three Fields Entertainment.

Ward announced the news today on Twitter, following the pair’s exit from the racing game studio in January.

"Today we are excited to announce our new British games company -Three Fields Entertainment," Ward said. We are looking for talented Staff who are skilled in at least three fields of creating electronic entertainment.”

The two have yet to announce any projects in development under the new studio. Meanwhile, the remaining Criterion team is currently developing an unannounced project for next-gen consoles – headed up by lead developer Matt Webster.
