Crowdfunding platform Gambitious seeking new investors

Gambitious is looking for new investors to help fund and approve projects through its crowdfunding platform.

The company specialises in video games crowdfunding from accredited investors and has a slew of successfully funded and published titles under its belt. After its first year, four of its six titles returned a profit for those who pledged money to those projects.

Now the firm has opened a new portal where investors can request access in order to help finance indie development projects. It has space for 50 people to join its panel, although it is only accepting accredited investors from the US and qualified investors from the EU.

“We are excited to introduce Gambitious and its great indie titles to a new group of investors,” said CEO and co-founder Paul Hanraets.

“At Gambitious, we lead project financing and raise money from our growing investor network via our funding portal, offering investors the opportunity to invest right alongside us the publisher, at the same terms, ensuring that everyone involved has a fair and positive experience. Monies are paid out over milestones throughout development, just like any publisher or VC would do.”
