New studio takes charge of troubled Resistance title

Dark Comet gain Stargate license

Dark Comet Games, a new studio formed by former employees of bankrupt Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment, has been control of the maintainence, operation and development of the CME title Stargate: Resistance.

MGM own the license to the title, which was given to Dark Comet through publishers Firesky, LLC.

Dark Comet have started their intention to release new game content over the coming weeks. A TV and web ad campaign for the Stargate title began on 30 April.
