More people playing Bungie's new shooter in first three weeks than Halo 3 and Halo: Reach combined

Destiny has 3.2m players every day

Bungie has revealed a host of impressive Destiny stats a month on from the game’s launch.

The studio says that on average 3.2m people currently play Destiny every day, with each on average playing for three hours. That includes weekends, too.

The average Destiny owner has played the game 20.9 times overall and 1.8 times per day.

In addition, over the past three weeks more people have played Destiny online than did in the same time frame for Halo 3 and Halo: Reach combined.
