Closing date for entries to the inaugural Develop Football Challenge looming

Develop 5-A-Side: Last chance for glory

Time is running out for you to enter your team in next week’s Develop Football Challenge, with a limited number of places now available.

The event, which takes place next Friday (October 8th) at the Barnet Power League and will see teams from studios, outsourcers, service companies and the financial community compete in a professional tournament. Supermassive Games is headline sponsor, alongside event sponsor UKIE.

Teams already signed up include X2 Football, Sumo Digital, Sports Interactive, Bright Light, Testology, Crytek UK, The Creative Assembly, Jagex Games Studio, Testronic United, Big Match Bucks, Black Rock and Develop United.

Entry fee is £495+VAT per squad of 10 players. All teams get to compete within high quality facilities inclusive of professional organisation, officials, trophies, lunch and refreshments.

As well as bragging rights, a trophy, medals and PR, the winner of this year’s first ever Develop Football Challenge will gain free entry into the Top Corner Champions’ Cup 2011 – which features the top teams from a wide variety of UK industries.
