GDC Europe: International event brand begins three-day stint in Cologne

The 2010 Game Developers Conference Europe has begun its three-run from August 16 – 18 at the Cologne Congress Center East in Cologne, Germany.

Set to coincide with Gamescom, the European event for video games consumers and publishers, this year’s GDC Europe will feature over 175 international speakers, 40 exhibitors and 200 media representatives.

Amoung the keynote speakers this year creative director of Disney Interactive Studios Warren Spector, MD of Guerrilla Games Herman Hulst, Bigpoint CEO Heiko Hubertz and Tencent Games vice-president Bo Wang.
