Cult classic returns

E3 2014: Grim Fandango being remastered for PS4 and Vita

Double Fine is remastering classic adventure game Grim Fandango for PS4 and Vita.

The news was revealed at Sony’s E3 press conference following the reading of a fake fan letter from a ten-to-12 year old asking for releases of old games. The letter was in fact written by Tim Schafer.

Grim Fandango was first released in 1998 by the now defunct LucasArts. The game received hugely positive reviews and has remained a cult classic ever since.
