Developer to present sessions on Gears of War and UT3

Epic details GDC08 participation

Epic has announced that it will hold two sessions at the Game Developers Conference 2008.

The first, “Automating Regression Discovery: Finding the Wrenches in Gears of War”, takes place on Wednesday February 20th and will detail Epic’s automated processes for finding regressive portions of their games, and is aimed at programmers and production team members.

Epic president Mike Capps will also be presenting a postmortem on Unreal Tournament 3 together with the game’s producer Jeff Morris, which will take place on Friday February 22nd and is suitable for all skill levels.

GDC08 takes place at the Moscone Center in San Francisco from February 18th to 22nd.
