Failbetter co-founder working on unannounced BioWare game

Alexis Kennedy, co-founder of UK developer Failbetter Gamers, is working on a mysterious new project with BioWare.

The lead writer behind Sunless Sea – set in the same universe as Failbetter’s Fallen London – has revealed he is working alongside Dragon Age creators Mike Laidlaw and Patrick Weekes,Eurogamerreports. Heleft the studio earlier this year.

Given that Mass Effect Andromeda is in its final stages of production, and neither Laidlaw nor Weekes are attached to BioWare’s as-yet-unannounced new IP, it is highly likely Kennedy has been brought in for a fourth Dragon Age.
