Fireworks to use new Bluetooth mobile games controller

FinBlade unveils first game

New UK games developer FinBlade has delivered a game for the Zeemote Bluetooth controller.

Fireworks is played using the joypad designed by Boston-based ZeeToo, which was conceived to overcome the problem of playing games using a numeric keypad. Fireworks and the ZeeMote will be available from early 2008.

FinBlade CEO Fergus McNeill said: “This is our first title for the ZeeMote and you can immediately see the difference that smooth analogue input makes to game-play. With two ZeeMotes you can go head-to-head on one phone – it’s more like a console experience, especially if you have a handset with TV output – but best of all, it works with your existing handset. “

FinBlade was formed by the team that previously ran Iomo and is headed by president John Chasey.
