Two-day training course to run alongside GDC09

Former High Moon CTO launches Scrum course

Clinton Keith, former CTO of High Moon Studios, is to hold a game-focused Scrum certification course alongside GDC09.

The two-day course takes place on Monday March 23rd and Tuesday March 24th, teaches the principles of Scrum through hands-on practice, project simulation and exercises. It covers tasks and practices such as the product backlog, sprint backlog, daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings and burn-down charts.

Those who complete the course with receive Certified ScrumMaster status, officially recognised by the Scrum Alliance, as well as a year’s membership to the organisation.

The course takes place at the Intercontinental Hotel one block away from the Moscone Centre in San Francisco, and costs $1,500. More details on the course can be found here.
