15 successful nominees will earn the chance to pitch their proposals to publishers

Game Connection Selected Projects deadline is tomorrow

There is just one more day left to submit your projects for the Game Connection Europe Selected Projects 2012.

The contest is open to developers creating titles for console, mobile, social, casual and online.

There are no restrictions on genre, platform or distribution method.

The 15 nominees for the award will get the chance to pitch their project to major publishers, whilst also receiving extra exposure during the Game Connection Europe event.

The proposals will be judged by a special Advisory Board of industry veterans, with the best submission to be named ‘Best Project 2012’ of Game Connection Europe.

The Selected Projects Advisory Board counts members from 6Waves, Konami Digital Entertainment, Ubisoft Entertainment, Bulkypix, SCEE, Microsoft Studios, Tapjoy and GameHouse.

"As one of the largest social/mobile game publishers, 6waves always partners with game developers to drive success in the world most popular platforms," said 6waves CEO Rex Ng.

"6waves is really happy to participate on the advisory board of Game Connection Selected Projects."

Winners will also receive support from the projects official sponsors Tapjoy, SCEE, Microsoft Studios and Reverb Publishing via cash prizes, dev kits and PR advice.

"Our Selected Projects program is designed to shed light on the most innovative and creative projects that we can find and offers additional exposure to these developers who are constantly pushing the industry forward,” said Game Connection CEO Pierre Carde.

“We are excited to bring Selected Projects to Game Connection Europe once again and look forward to seeing what the newest crop of nominees will present.”

Game Connection Europe will take place in Paris between November 28th and 30th.
