GamesBeat 2009 speaker line-up confirmed

Looking for something to do at the beginning of the GDC week?

VentureBeat, organiser of the GamesBeat 2009 event, is hoping that you are – and has announced a heavyweight line-up of speakers to persuade those still undecided.

Taking place on March 24th – that’s the Tuesday of GDC week – the event will see luminaries such as CAA’s Seamus Blackley, thatgamecompany’s Jenova Chen, Disney Interactive Studios’ Graham Hopper and Chris Taylor from Gas Powered Games all descend upon the Mission Bay Conference Center in San Francisco.

Also taking place as part of the proceedings is the ‘Who’s Got Game Competition’, which’ll see startups in the game and digital media fields able to pitch their ideas to industry execs, investors and journalists.
