Dev resource includes tutorials on monetisation, discoverability and game creation

GDC 13: Facebook opens game developer centre

Facebook has opened a new game developer centre to provide resources and tutorials for game creators on the social network.

As well as technical resources and how-to guides for Facebook game development, the hub also includes resources and best practices for iOS and Android developers.

The development resource covers monetisation strategies, how to cross-promote titles and make them more social, tips for distribution and discoverability and how to best manage the development cycle of a game.

There are also numerous game case studies on titles such as King.com’s smash hit app Candy Crush Saga, Diamond Dash, Vostua and Avengers.

Visit the official website for more information.
