Public beta of its webOS Plug-in Developer Kit released

GDC: Epic and Palm in Unreal mobile deal

Unreal Engine 3 users will soon have the option to develop games for the mobile operating system Palm webOS.

Now Epic Games and mobile game group Palm are releasing the public beta of its webOS Plug-in Developer Kit (PDK).

Both companies have sent troops to the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco to demonstrate the PDK platform.

“Together, the PDK and the Unreal Engine 3 will make it even easier for developers to bring visually rich games to Palm webOS phones,” said Palm’s Jon Zilber.
