Event will discuss how to recruit and retain a diverse team

Gender-balanced workforce workshop heading to London next week

A workshop in London next week will focus on how to recruit and retain a gender-balanced workforce.

The event is hosted by Next Gen Skills Academy and follows up on its Gender Balanced Workforce Survey, the results of which were published last month.

Key areas of discussion include analysing the results of the recent study, and the advantages commercially and culturally of having a balanced workforce.

The event aims to help attendees better understand how their decisions contribute to the workplace, but that from how job adverts are written to unconscious bias, plus mentoring and outreach programmes.

This event will take place in London on February 19th, on the morning before the MCV Women of the Year Awards 2015.
