Mobile firm hopes to follow success of Kim Kardashian smash hit

Hot on the heels of its successful venture with Kim Kardashian, Glu Mobile is eying a second celebrity endorsed title.

Reuters reports that the company has teamed up with Katy Perry for a game featuring her likeness and voice.

Such is the success of Kim Kardashian: Hollywood that Glu posted a 78 per cent jump in Q4 revenue earlier this year. In Q3 it had reported record revenues of $83.6m – a jump of nearly four times year-on-year.

It has already extended its deal with Kardashian for a further three years.
