The event may have downscaled but Kiev-based GSC says there's announcements to come at E3.

GSC Game World hypes E3 activity

GSC Game World’s most recent release was Stalker for THQ, which was released a few months ago.

Now, the company is getting ready to release new games in the Stalker series which it says will be announced at the E3 Media & Business Summit 2007 – a retooled version of the big media and games event which this year takes place from July 11th to 13th in Santa Monica, California, USA.

"We are very happy of the players’ positive reaction to S.T.A.L.K.E.R. all over the world. This fills us with confidence the team is on the right track and adds us strength to go for next exciting accomplishments. It will be very soon that we present our new interesting ideas and solutions", said GSC Game World’s CEO Sergiy Grygorovych.

This year’s E3 is substantially different to those that have gone before, favouring more intimate conferencing meetings and a pared-down expo – GSC is just one of a few scant developers formally attending as exhibitors, with US heavyweights id and Foundation 9 the only others confirmed.
