Project management tool vendor Hansoft has launched an online forum for its customers, where users can share ideas and solve problems.
The forum’s categories cover issues relating to best practices, user support, SDK queries, as well as feature suggestions and user feedback.
“Hansoft has a strong and engaged community of users and we wanted to create a space for them to share their experiences, discuss tricky questions with our support managers and chat about production best practices with our senior production experts,” said the firm’s CEO and co-founder Patric Palm.
“We communicate with our users on a daily basis and I often get involved in interesting conversation that would be great to be able to share with the rest of the community. Now we have a platform for this kind of more open discussions, and I am really excited to see which topics will come up,” he added.
