Columbian studio opens new development studio in Guadalajara

Immersion expands to Mexico

Columbian developer Immersion Games, which recently worked on CellFactor and Monster Madness, has opened a new development studio in Mexico.

Situated in Guadalajara, the studio has been established in order to support the Columbian office and the increase of projects there. The studio will also benefit from the Mexican government’s ‘strong support for the interactive media industry in the country’.

The company also recently formed an alliance with TV network RCN, which will help it develop games exclusively for the Columbia, Mexico and Latin America regions while also working together to develop ‘synergic applications for TV, radio, films and video games’.
