Australian independent calls 41st position 'amazing milestone'

Krome celebrates Develop 100 success

Krome Studios is, we think, quite happy with its 41st position in the Develop 100.

“This has been an amazing milestone and achievement in Krome’s history and comes at a great time for the studio," said CEO and co-founder Robert Walsh.

"The creativity and dedication from our staff has made Krome one of the best in the business and the future only holds greater things.”

Co-founder and creative director Steve Stamatiadis added: “As an independent studio we are competing against some of the world’s largest publishing houses. To be listed alongside them is a great accomplishment for Krome and the Australian industry.”

The ten-year old studio is Australia’s largest developer, having released 19 titles on 89 platforms. Last year it released Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Star Wars The Clone Wars: Lightsaber Duels, and Scene It? Box Office Smash.
