Kuju handling Geometry port for Bizarre

Consumer site CVG has bought to light a recent issue of US games mag Nintendo Power which claims that Bizarre Creations’ Xbox Live Arcade smash hit Geometry Wars is heading to Nintendo’s two leading platforms.

Apparently, Kuju is in the process of developing Geometry Wars: Galaxies. The title will offer an expanded single player campaign and new multiplayer options. The Retro Evolved version of the shooter, which still ranks as one of the best titles on Xbox Live Arcade, is also said to be included in the package.

Expect each version to boast platform-specific functionality, with the 360’s twin stick control method being replaced with touch-screen handling on DS and motion control on Wii.
