Edge Games CEOâ??s run of bad luck continues

Langdellâ??s IGDA membership revoked

Industry golem Tim Langdell’s IGDA membership has been revoked for a ‘lack of integrity or unethical behavior’.

Continuing his run of bad luck, after having recently lost his stranglehold on the use of the word ‘edge’, Langdell has now been left out in the cold by an increasingly despondent and unforgiving international development community, as represented by the IGDA.

“The Board of Directors today voted to remove Tim Langdell from IGDA membership pursuant to our bylaws Article III,” read a post on the IGDA blog.

“Section 6 (b) which states that any member may be removed from membership if the member has demonstrated a lack of integrity or unethical behavior, as determined by the Board of Directors.”

The move follows Langdell’s 209 resignation from the IGDA board of directors for “personal reasons”.
