UK developer Caperfly, set up by former Codemasters Studios boss Gavin Cheshire, has entered liquidation.
The company was formed in 2012, and developed services such as its data aggregation platform Consequences.
Earlier this year, the Leamington-Spa based studio had received a slice of Creative England’s £1 million funding initiative, which offered interest-free loans matched by company funds.
At the time, CEO Gavin Cheshire said the studio would use the investment co develop apps based around real-world situations and to improve its Consequences apps.
The studio had housed around 21 staff.
Develop has attempted to contact the studio for further details, but the firm’s telephone line and email addresses are no longer in use.
