New agreement will see popular LEGO titles stick with UK studio until 2016

LEGO extends TT Games deal

Warner Interactive-owned developer TT Games has struck a new deal with Danish toy giant LEGO that will see it popular line of adventure titles delivered by the studio through to 2016.

The developer’s successful string of LEGO titles to date includes the likes of LEGO Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Batman and the upcoming Harry Potter.

“We look forward to carrying on our excellent collaboration with the LEGO Group in building extraordinary LEGO video game franchises, with both Warner Bros and third party IP, that continue to resonate with consumers,” TT Games MD Tom Stone stated.

“There is a tremendous future for LEGO games, and we are looking forward to working with all of our partners over the coming years.”

Warner Bros Entertainment Group president Kevin Tsujihara added: “The LEGO Group is a brilliant and trusted organization with an extremely loyal fan base.

“We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to continue the successful partnership between this legendary company and the talented TT Games, which will enable us to further expand our slate of widely recognized, family-friendly games.”
