Yoshiro Kimura to focus on creating smaller titles at Japan-based development outfit

Little King’s Story creator forms new studio

Former Marvelous Entertainment dev and Little King’s Story creator Yoshiro Kimura has formed a new studio in Japan.

As reported by Siliconera, developer Onion Games will focus on creating smaller titles, but he is keeping tight-lipped on what future projects will entail.

Kimura, who previously worked at Marvelous Entertainment in Tokyo, moved to Grasshopper Manufacture in October 2010 alongside Harvest Moon creator Yasuhiro Wada.

The developers however quit the company after less than a year, with Wada forming his own indie studio Toybox Inc, working with former Marvelous producer Tomio Kanazawa on various projects, including a Deadly Premonition Director’s Cut for PS3.
