Jobs fairs, educational summits, game quizzes and consumer exhibitions to feature at event

London Games Festival returns in September

The London Games Festival will return in September after a two year hiatus, it has been announced.

The Ukie-run event will feature jobs fairs, educational summits, game quizzes and consumer exhibitions.

Various publishers, developers and retailers, will run various events during the month-long festival, although specific attendees have yet to be revealed.

“Ukie is delighted to be spearheading the London Games Festival and it’s the perfect opportunity to bring together and showcase all elements of the interactive entertainment industry including, education and skills, accessibility, government, talent, innovation and above all, fun events for anyone who likes to play games,” said UKIE CEO Jo Twist.

The previous festival in 2010 attracted more than 75,000 attendees over 26 separate events.

It will take place across London from September 27th to October 28th.
