Latest game in series of expensive, cinematic titles arrives next year

LucasArts developing new Force Unleashed

A sequel to the 2008 title to Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is being developed by LucasArts at its San Francisco studio.

Attendees of the 2009 Video Game Awards were shown a non-gameplay trailer for the game.

The first title featured new Star Wars characters introduced specifically for the game – its follow up seems likely to push forward LucasArts’ aspiration of blending high-end visuals with traditional gameplay.
