Microsoft has launched a new website for developers looking to create games for its upcoming Windows 8 operating system.

The site is intended to act as the first port of call for Windows 8 developers, with a number of resources providing information on the OS available.

Users can download toolkits to make games with, as well as receive online training and receive information for upcoming dev camps.
