Gloucestershire studio has ambitions to expand further

Neon Play celebrates 20m downloads in first year

UK indies Neon Play has passed a 20 million download milestone for its mobile games, the company has said.

The Gloucestershire based studio announced in February that it had notched up its 10 millionth download on the App Store just ten months into its business.

The studio’s Paper Glider game was famously named by Apple as the 10 billionth download from Apple’s App Store – a publicity opportunity which Neon Play has expertly capitalised on.

The studio wants to expand further still, and has open vacancies in the field of Unity, Android and J2ME game development.
