Jury Rig Software announces Elephant Memory Manager

New memory tool ‘reduces multithread game stalls’

A newly released memory management program is being billed as a solution to in-game stalls associated with multi-threaded memory allocation.

Elephant Memory Manager, released by Jury Rig Software, is claimed can “completely remove the stalls associated with multi-threaded memory allocation”, and substaintially improve game performance.

“Because Elephant also features Pools, performance can be improved still further and the overheads associated with very small allocations completely removed,” Jury Rig said.

“With Elephant it is possible to view memory in minute detail and track down any problems,” the group added.
