Nexon grants A Bit Lucky $5m in funding

Maple Story developer Nexon has invested $5 million in social gaming outfit A Bit Lucky.

A Bit Lucky, which has previously developed Facebook hit Lucky Train, is the latest to benefit from Nexon’s recent taste for investment.

As reported by TechCrunch, the cash injection brings A Bit Lucky’s funding total to $8 million, having previously secured investment from numerous sources including SV Angel, Founder Collective, Felicis Ventures, Lerer Ventures and Delicious founder Joshua Schachter.

South Korean company Nexon remains one of the most successful developers in the profitable Asian MMO market.
