Cambridge studio signs up to UK trade body on eve of Enslaved release

Ninja Theory joins Tiga

Ninja Theory has joined the UK development trade body Tiga.

The UK independent studio will tomorrow see the release of its latest project; the Alex Garland-penned Enslaved: Odyssey to the West.

It has chosen this point to become the latest member of a trade body that has recently found itself facing competition for new members in the form of UKIE.

“The UK is one of the best places in the world to develop games, and by joining TIGA we are playing our role in helping to keep it that way,” said Ninja Theory chief developer Nina Kristensen.

Tiga CEO Dr Richard Wilson welcomed the new studio to his organisation’s ranks.

“Ninja Theory is a company of world-class creativity and boundless ambition,” he said.

“At TIGA we are extremely proud to represent the UK development community and look forward to working with Ninja Theory in the coming months and years.”
