Nominations for the Women in Games awards 2017 close soon

It’s international Women’s Day and with just two days until the deadline, it’s a great time to get your nominations in for the Women in Games 2017 awards. Nominations for the awards close on March 10th, and there are seven potential categories.

Categories include the New Development Talent Award, which recognises exceptional new talent in games development, open for those who have been working in games development for less than three years. There’s also the Creative Impact Award, which rewards those making a real different who have more than three years of experience in the industry.

Following an extended period of lobbying and cross-platform marketing, the MCV, Develop and eSports Pro editorial teams will work with a specially selected panel of distinguished industry professionals to create a shortlist and select winners for these awards.

The event will take place on Friday 19th May at the Cavendish Conference Center in London and all details can be found on the official site.
