Bioware, Virtuos and Remedy to be represented at production track for industry event

Nordic Game 2012 reveals new speakers

Four new speakers from Bioware, Virtuos and Remedy have been announced for the production track at the Nordic Game 2012 Conference.

The speaker lineup will include Bioware development director Dorian Kieken, Virtuos head of sales Phillippe Angely, Remedy product lead Jay Ranki and industry veteran Don Daglow.

Kieken will discuss building a studio culture, whilst Angely is to present a keynote on his experiences in outsourcing and how multidisciplinary teams can work together.

Ranki meanwhile will present tips on agile work practices for developers, and Daglow will discuss how producers and production can help the creative process.

“We wanted to take some of the interesting discussions around cutting edge production practices we frequently have with our customers into a more public forum, inviting an even bigger crowd to join the conversation,” said production track advisory board chairman Patric Palm.

“Most importantly we want the Production Track session content to be in-depth enough for senior production leaders, still comprehensible for junior leaders just learning the ropes. We are very proud to present such a strong lineup of speakers who all have the success and experience to back it up.”

Nordic Game 2012 is due to take place on May 23rd to 25th in Malmo, Sweden.
