Nordic Game Awards winners

The sixth annual Nordic Game awards took place in Malmö, Sweden last night, awarding top honors to Dice for Battlefield 3.

Host Morten Skovgaard presented the six awards before an audience of 800 at the conference’s gala dinner. The winners were:

Best Nordic Game: Battlefield 3 – EA DICE – Sweden

Best Nordic Children’s Game: Moogies – Plain Vanilla – Iceland

Best Nordic Handheld Game: Super Stardust Delta – Housemarque – Finland

Best Artistic Achievement: Trine 2 – Frozenbyte – Finnland

Best Nordic Innovation Award: Minecraft – Mojang – Sweden

Nordic Indie Sensation Award: Laza Knitez – Team Buttfighter – Denmark, Belgium, US
