Canadian trade body on board as Drinks Reception Partner, as 8th June early bird discount deadline nears

Nova Scotia Business backs Develop Awards

Games industry trade body Nova Scotia Business Inc has stepped forward as a backer of the forthcoming Develop Industry Excellence Awards as a Drinks Reception Partner.

The only peer-voted awards for the UK and European games industry, the Develop Awards are this year taking place on July 11th at the Hilton Metropole Hotel in Brighton.

"Nova Scotia, Canada is proud to once again support an event that recognises world-class talent and teamwork in the game development sector across Europe, and congratulates all of the award finalists," said Jayson Hilchie, director, information technology and interactive media at Nova Scotia Business Inc.

NSBi supports and represents the Nova Scotia and Halifax industry hub, which is one of Canada’s fastest growing games dev regions.

The finalists for the Develop Awards were confirmed late last month.
