Over 800 people from 29 different countries attended, organisers claim

Paris GDC dubbed ‘most popular European GDC to date’

This week’s Paris GDC has been heralded as the most popular European Games Developer Conference-organised event to date.

The event, which ran in France’s capital from June 23rd to 24th, saw over 800 people from 29 different countries take part, said event organisers Think Services and Connection Events.

“We’ve been really touched by the strong vote of support from the Paris GDC attendees,” said Jamil Moledina, Executive Director of the GDC Events. “Paris is a true world capital, and we are proud to have extended the GDC forum of learning and inspiration back into Europe.”

Pierre Carde, executive director of Paris GDC, added: “GDC Paris reinforced the strengths of the European and French communities by gathering the right speakers, the right attendees, at the right time.

“We are proud of its success and wish to reinforce it in the future.”
