Tool provider Perforce is expanding its global reach - and is opening an Australian office to service its growing customer base in the country and the entire Asia Pacific region.

Perforce heads to Australia

Perforce says it software development management tool, the Fast Software Configuration Management System (SCM) is used by over 200,000 developers at 4,000 companies around the world. Free Radical, Sproing and Rocksteady are the most recent announced games developers using the software – although many others use it as well.

Over the past 12 months the firm’s client base in Australia has shot up nearly 40 per cent – the country has growing games development and IT software sectors.
