Quantic Dream to show off Virtual Actor Studio at Lyon

The technology used to build the character animation in Quantic Dream’s Fahrenheit and Heavy Rain demo will be shown off at December’s Game Connection.

QD says its technology, called the Virtual Actor Studio, can help provide the best performing CG characters for either real-time or pre-rendered sequences.

Virtual Actor Studios is a mix of motion capture shooting, post-production and high definition scanning housed at the studio’s French studio.
