Record breaking attendance for GDC Europe

Attendance at GDC Europe 2012 broke all previous records, coming in at over 2,100.

The conference has shared center stage in Cologne with Gamescom, drawing developers from all over the world for the biggest week in European gaming.

The event ran from August 13-15, and featured keynotes from Wargaming.net CEO Victor Kislyi, Ubisoft Montreal creative director Alex Hutchinson, and other industry leaders.

Next year’s event will take place from August 19-21, and will return to Cologne with Gamescom 2013, scheduled for the 21st-25th.
