The worldâ??s biggest developer conference draws largest crowd yet

Record numbers for GDC

This year’s Game Developers Conference drew in a record number of industry professionals, organisers have announced.

This year’s turnout stood at 18,250 – a noticeable leap from last year’s total of 17,000 attendees. 



The news cements GDC’s status as the biggest game developer event in the world, hosting a vast array of speaker sessions, panel discussions and keynote lectures from the biggest and brightest developers in the industry today.

GDC 2011 will return to the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco next year from Feb 28 to March 4.
