Kuju's Unreal Engine 3 studio no longer in operation, says report

Rumour: Chemistry closed?

Kotaku is reporting that Kuju studio Chemistry has been closed.

Established as Kuju Sheffield in 2002 and rebranded in 2007, Chemistry distinguished itself within the Kuju family by focusing solely on Epic’s Unreal Engine 3.

It had been working on a World War 1 FPS To End All Wars for Ghostlight, although it is believe that the project has been canned. Moast recently the studio helped Midway Newcastle on the UE3-powered Wheelman.

Former studio head Simeon Pashley left the studio in September 2008 to join Sony Computer Entertainment Europe as Executive Producer, External.
