Bonfire currently working on original IP

Second studio emerges from Ensemble ashes

A second company, Bonfire Studios, has formed out of the demise of Ensemble studios.

The 35-person team is based in Dallas, and is currently working on an original IP to be announced within the next few months.

“Ensemble had an incredible group of highly talented people and the companies coming out of it are really made up of the best of the best,” said David Rippy, president and CEO of Bonfire Studios.

“Ensemble was one of the few studios with two A-teams. We are already working on an original IP that we’ll start talking about in the next few months.”

It was also revealed a few days ago that the first team to emerge from the closed developer, Robot Studios, would be working on additional content for Halo Wars, Ensemble’s last project.
