Self-publishing Masterclass event set for Feb

A new event focussing on the rise in self-publishing and “the end of the era of giant publishers” has been announced for the end of the month.

Dubbed GamesDev: How To make Money From Self-Publishing, it will take place at 09:30 on February 25th in London.

Arriving on the back of a huge boom in the number of studios looking to bring their titles directly to any one of the large number of digital distribution platforms that have emerged in recent years, the event will be hosted by noted industry analyst Nicholas Lovell.

Topics will include marketing, the different routes to market, financing projects and outsourcing.
