Services guide returns for games biz

Intent Media’s annual guide to the leading service companies operating within the European games industry is launched next month.

Sourcebook 2008 will be bundled with MCV on Friday July 11th, as well as with the relevant readership of sister title Develop. A microsite will go live the same day.

The book will also be distributed at industry events throughout the year, taking total circulation to 20,000 copies.

The publication and site provides an essential guide to outsource companies operating within the games, mobile and IT markets, including Creative & Promotional Services, Distribution & Logistics, International Distribution, Legal Services, Localisation, QA & Testing, Manufacturing Services, Recruitment and Software Development.

“Sourcebook is invaluable for any games company wishing to outsource services. It is a comprehensive resource of contact information for the entire industry. And this year’s guide looks to be bigger and better than ever before,” said Intent Media managing director Stuart Dinsey.
